For ORDERS AND INQUIRIES:
1) Customers ordering online can choose to come and pick up the goods at the shop. We can also arrange postage or delivery. Applicable postage or delivery fee will be charged to the customer. Note that we DO NOT take any profit from the delivery or postage charge.
2) For mailing or postage orders, we require full payment including of the postal fee to be completed before we send out the package. We will confirm payment has been credited before we send out the package. Depending on the delivery method, we will provide tracking number.
3) For machineries such as sewing machine or cloth cutters, customers ordering through online are required to pay a downpayment of 30% for booking. Balance must be paid before pick up, postage or delivery.
4) Online payment can be made to our CIMB bank or Ambank. For security reason, bank account numbers are furnished upon purchase or request. Customers wishing to use credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) must come to our shop. We would be happy to assist. Online purchase using bank transfer and credit card can be made on our e-commerce website at www.krafezee.com
5) For items with warranty, warranty claims can be done at our shop. Proof of purchased must be presented when doing so.
6) We do not accept return of goods unless if we mistakenly ship wrong items to the customer. In this case, we will bear all cost of replacement.

Untuk pembelian, berikut adalah TERMA DAN SYARAT:
1) Pelanggan yang membuat order secara online boleh memilih untuk mengambil barang di kedai sendiri. Pihak kami juga boleh mengepos atau menguruskan penghantaran ke rumah (untuk barangan tertentu). Kos penghantaran akan di tanggung oleh pelanggan. Untuk perhatian, kami tidak mengambil sebarang keuntungan di atas kos pos.
2) Untuk penghantaran pos, kami memerlukan bayaran penuh termasuk kos pos sebelum barangan dihantar. Kami akan mengesahkan bayaran telah dibuat dan bergantung kepada cara penghantaran, kami akan menyertakan nombor tracking.
3) Untuk pembelian mesin seperti mesin jahit dan pemotong pakaian, pelanggan yang membeli secara online perlu membuat bayaran deposit sebanyak 30% untuk booking. Baki masih perlu dijelaskan secara penuh sebelum penghantaran, pos atau pengambilan sendiri di kedai.
4) Bayaran boleh di buat ke akaun bank CIMB atau Ambank kami. Untuk tujuan keselamatan, butiran bank akan diberi sebelum pembelian. Pelanggan yang ingin menggunakan kredit kad (VISA/MASTERCARD) dan debit kad. Pembelian menggunakan bank transfer atau kredit kad juga boleh di lakukan di website e-commerce kami www.krafezee.com
5) Pelanggan boleh membuat tuntutan waranti di kedai kami. Bukti pembelian perlu di sertakan.
6) Kami tidak menerima pemulangan semula barangan yang dibeli kecuali jika kami tersilap hantar barangan. Jika ini berlaku, kami akan menanggung kesemua kos penghantaran dan penggantian barangan.
